Where next?
Many families ask where our children move on to when they leave St. Bart's. Recently, our Year 6 children have moved to three local secondary schools and we have good working relationships with all of them.

At the end of Key Stage 2, many of our children transfer to Longbenton High School. During Year 6 there are many events that will help make this transition process as smooth as possible so that the children are prepared for the next stage in their education.
A small but growing number of our families have sent their children to Kings Priory Senior School, North Shields. This is an all-through school with a Christian ethos and part of the Woodard Academies.
Some families wish to continue to a church school. St. Mary's Catholic School in Newcastle has been a popular choice in recent years.
