To aid payment for school activities and products, we offer parents the ability to pay online, via the Post Office or a PayPoint terminal.  Apart from school lunches, we also accept direct payments at our office.

To take advantage of our online payments system, parents will initially receive a registration email with an invitation code.  You will also require a Google or Microsoft account, although some social media accounts may also work.  If you don't already have one of these free accounts, visit either https://accounts.google.com/signup or https://signup.live.com/signup and follow the simple procedures.

For the initial process we recommend using a computer or larger tablet rather than your phone.

1. Visit www.sims-pay.co.uk to begin.

2. Click "Register" (or "Sign In" if you have completed the registration process.)

3. Select the type of account you wish to use (we recommend a free Microsoft or Google account) and sign in with those details.

4. Complete the registration process using the unique invitation code and your child's date of birth.

Whenever you wish to pay for something (apart from school meals), select the appropriate "product" from the given list.  This will be limited to those we have made available for your child or child's class.  As we roll out the system, more "products" will be added.  We currently do not use SIMS Pay for meals payments.

If you would prefer to use the Post Office or a PayPoint terminal, please contact school and we will be able to give you a personalised bar code which you may use as you wish.

SIMS Pay is very safe and secure but, as with any information system, please remember to protect your personal security data.  No card details are ever stored on school computers or accessed by the school.  Sims Pay is PCI DSS Level 1 certified and uses the highest levels of card payment security & 3D fraud protection measures.  You will receive an email receipt for all payments and you can check at any time what and when you have paid our school through SIMS Pay.
